Environment Design 'Kitchen'

'Kitchen' is an environment designed for the YouTube animated series "Doltunate".
This environment from a security camera POV is strongly based in warm lighting from early morning sun, inviting colours and a 'lived-in' environment, the colour palette for the kitchen is based on 80s-90s with yellows, oranges and green/Turquoise accents. Alongside spice-racks, classic lacy curtains and a sturdy fridge covered in sticky letters, drawings and hand-written notes, this would feel more homely if not for the feeling of being watched from above.
Here I used the game 'Minecraft' as a base to establish base shapes and core elements of the setting before moving on to my rendering technique of sketching, grey scaling and painting for a final result.
